How to install torch in my local system

I have tried to install torch in my local system but every time it is showing errors

Please help me out that how do i install torch in my local system.

Can you make sure that the configurations that you’re using are correct?
I mean have you selected the right configuration from pytorch website ?

Yes, I am sure that i have chosen the correct configuration but it shows the same error for each configuration.

Open anaconda prompt and type pip install torch

I dont use anaconda.
