How to move/save output file from Colab to Drive?

What’s the standard way to move output file or a dataset (not .ipynb) from Google Colab to Google Drive?
Right now, I follow a two step process of first downloading to system and then uploading to drive.

Notebooks can be directly moved to Drive, but is there similar option for files in /content/ folder to be moved directly to Drive?

Ok, I got one useful answer on stackoverflow:

You can mount your Google Drive as follows:
drive.mount('/content/drive')
It will authorize using your Google account, and will generate a code.
Enter this code in your notebook. The drive will be mounted on the machine on which Colab is running.
You can then copy your data either using Python’s shutil.copy() or using Linux’s cp command
