Nan, infinity or too large values, even after scaling

I have scaled the xtrain of my dataset but still, when I fit into the model it says :-

ValueError: Input contains NaN, infinity or a value too large for dtype('float64').

for values : init method="he", activation_func="relu", algorithm="Adam"
