Not able to complete the prerequisite

Hi,
Though I have completed the first three points, it is not showing as completed the first two

  1. Hello
  2. Course Discussion Forum.

However for third, I could see a tick mark.

Due to this I am not able to move forward for Week1.

I clicked on “complete and continue” and it worked.
